The space
Cute vintage apartment and mobile home community in the most convenient location in West Monroe possible. This amazing little oasis is close to shopping, entertainment, medical care, and I-20, right in the middle of everything, yet nestled under beautiful trees in its own quiet little corner.

Hosts are local and provide support if needed

Guests are allowed to move about an entire large property as they wish.

Each spot has parking either right next to or right in front of the unit.

The neighborhood is this cool combination of being right in the middle of town, but has a quiet and removed feeling. It's safe and clean. There is food, grocery stores, medical care, pharmacies, and most other conveniences within walking distance. There is almost nowhere in the area where parking and walking around is actually much of an option, so this is unique in West Monroe.
Additional notes
We respectfully request that smokers smoke outside away from doors and kindly dispose of their refuse in a trash receptacle.

As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Please, if you notice a maintenance issue or have any other problems, bring it to us so we can help instead of leaving a bad review. We are a family owned business helping families like yours have affordable accommodations. We want you to be happy.
Neighborhood overview
This house is next door to Newk's, and across the street from great BBQ and Walgreen's. We are right off Thomas Rd., which is one of the main exits into town. If you need a place to stay while visiting friends or family, you will be close to everything. We are also just 2 blocks from Glenwood Hospital.
Getting around
There is no public transportation, but Uber or Lyft will gladly pick you up and take you where you need to go. Walking is an option for food, groceries, medicine, and other needs.
